Bucket Basics
Buckets are the core tool in Drain the Lake. You equip them in the lobby Bucket stand using permanent Gems (Diamonds) — not Tokens. Tokens are the in-run currency for the Skill Tree. Once a run starts you cannot swap buckets until returning to lobby.

Purchase Priority
F2P path: Plastic → Metal → Magnet → Golden, while chasing Ancient Bucket via badges. Wheel path: Toilet and Toxic from Wheel Spin spins earned in UPD LOG.
Magnet Bucket is the best Gem purchase most players can afford — S-tier Toxic is harder to obtain without spins or luck.
Robux Buckets
Dragon Bucket (180 Robux limited) and Shark Bucket (Robux, availability varies) top the tier list. F2P players can clear Phone Ending without them using Toxic or Ancient.
Synergy With Skill Tree
